Supersonic? More like super useless!

Since being moved from Nepic to evilsonic my line speed was downgraded! I was paying for a 12Mbps link and now I am on a 8Mpbs link, no use trying to get hold of anyone there as their phones nor their whatsapp works, then when you tell them clearly what they issue is some low level techie named AB tells you they have a network issue! This has nothing to do with a network issue, my link was clearly downgraded from what I had and yet I still pay the same! I will reverse the debit order, why must i pay for something that I cannot use??? Pathetic!
