SUPERSONIC MORE LIKE SNAIL PACE

Long story ...but at the end of the day this company sucks BIG TIME. Their service is unbelievably NAUSEATING. Their call centre agents are USELESS to say the lest and Managers never call you back. SO I would like to know...how do I get any service out of them ? I challenge Supersonic to call me....or email....
