Supersonic is useless

Who ever is installing fiber internet please do not use Supersonic, they are useless. They sent vuma to install to my place. Vuma did their part and when I called to request for router the agent's were rude and told me that there is no fiber and my order has been cancelled. I confirmed with the guy who had done the installation and he confirmed that it has been installed supersonic just needs to bring the router. I'm still waiting for supersonic and nothing is happening.
