Supersonic is useless !!

The worst service ever:( I'm not asking for much just need them to reactivate my line and have explanation of why I have a short fall on my account when I had been paying religiously. Anyway I paid the shortfall of R100 and yesterday was told it would be resolved an hour after our call. 2 days later it's not resolved. Yesterday I spent 1hour holding for assistance only for an agent to drop the call on my phone . Today I tried again and 1 hour 59 minutes the line got cut off even before I could speak to an agent. It's frustrating, if you know what's good for you tell Vumatel not to use this ISP.Disrespectful !!
