Supersonic is the WORST ISP EVER!!

This is absolutely the worst ISP ever!!! I called them about 12 days before we moved into our new place to do a relocation installation as we had access. Fast forward a week later and I haven't heard anything from them and the internet hasn't been activated. I called again and was told it was never logged on their system but they have logged it now. I received multiple SMSes and emails saying that someone would come out within 7-14 days to do the installation but surprise, I was never contacted to make an appointment. We've been phoning and mailing aggressively for another week with no resolution. We phoned this evening again and they tried to guide us to activate the service but it's impossible for us to do. I insisted someone come to our place to sort it out and they can't even agree to that. Shocking service! We've been living here for 18 days with no internet, so we will be stopping the debit order ASAP and they can fetch their router.
