SUPERSONIC IS THE WORST ISP

I am disgusted by this company I bought a wifi package with them less than a month ago, and with making sale they were very attentive. Once package was received I have been disconnected several times, I try calling and cannot reach them. My data is up and I want to pay my account so I can buy more data but no one responds on whats app and I tried calling whole week , spent over R1000 on the service on calls.

I have my call history to show I never reached them, also when I want to log onto client portal it tells me my credetials are wrong and I have to reset password. ITS BEEN ***ING TWO WEEKS AND I AM STILL WAITING ON RESET EMAIL!!!!!!! I want a refund for airtime lost, or I want to cancel this service
