Supersonic is ******** us

I recently relocated to a new place. Supersonic sent technicians to fix my fibre line . I have ordered the uncapped 200mb/s but I'm only get 40mb/s . they continue to bill me every month for 200mb/s . I have exhausted all the contacts means available so that they can fix my speed. plz can you come and remove ur cables so I can get a different Service provider. I'm tired of being ****med by supersonic the waste service provider in South Africa. I requested a technician to come an check wants wrong , was advised I must pay for the Service, thats nonsense.
