supersonic is a waste of money

5 days without internet and no one can assist. What utter nonsense. Supersonic should close it's doors. No apology after the huge downtime on Tuesday and Wednesday thereafter I'm left without internet and the consultants just say 'sorry'. Sorry for what?? Get my connection on and get a technician out to my house to fix the issue.
