'Supersonic' is a misnomer.

Supersonic's service is nothing short of appalling. They were twice late on their installation, and I only agreed to use their service when they did eventually show up because I was told by Vumatel I would have to wait a month for a new service provider. Now that I am using them, they suspend your account without informing you. You have to chase after them for it to be unsuspended. Their 'cooling you down' technique is: we have escalated your matter.
