Supersonic is a *****ulant company who does not deliever on their adverti*****ts. I do not reccommend anyone trust this service provider. Worse service ever

I have been paying R998 per month for wifi, the router that I recieved has never worked- the only way I have been able to connect is by plugging in the yellow cable that came with my router- this is not wifi, and even with the yellow cable the connection sometimes says "no internet" I work online and I need stable conncetion to fulfill my job- which is why I am willing to pay such high prices for wifi. I have spent so many hours on their hotline waiting while I am caller number 10, then 16, then 17, then 10 and again back to 14. My issue has been passed from one "superstar" to another one superstar told me that a technician would come to my appartment to asses whether the router is faulty or not, and then I was told by another "superstar" that technicians are never sent. I have sent emails to *** to remedy the issue with my router and I get no response. I do not have the time to sit for 3 hours on the phone to talk to someone only to hear that my call is very important to them and I should continue to hold the line while I am shuffled from being caller 14, 10, 17, 16. I dont have the time to struggle to recieve a service I pay for everymonth.

I absolutely hate the way supersonic takes no responsibilty for providing a service they promise while taking my money every month

the promise "super" wifi and deliver terrible quality

I am currently working from my parents house and their wifi that they pay R400 with Igen/Herotel is able to do a better job than "supersonic" which I pay R998 for

I am disgusted.
