Supersonic gives superstinky service! Stay away from this company!

This company has not once been able to do anything right. After my initial application was approved I was informed that it would take 7-11 days for installation to be completed. It took them more than a month to get the service installed and then the next fight was the frustration of having the router delivered. One consultant would tell me the router has left their facility and is with a courier, the next would tell me they have no routers in stock. After the nightmare of installation passed, I now sit with a situation where I have not had internet since 10 October 2020 and it is today the 19th day of October and I am still not connected. The staff are rude and nobody care about customer relations. They give false information and it seems that the name for this company should be changed from Supersonic Fibre to Superstinky Service Profider. I am extremely unhappy with their don’t care approach and wil just advise everyone to stay away! My last reference given is ***
