Supersonic gives a ****py service

Supersonic just don't care for their customers. When you call the agents just say anything to get you off their back. I'm without internet connection and I've been promised that a technician will contact me to arrange on time of arrival shortly after my call to supersonic but hours later I'm still waiting. I'm frustrated and I explained how important it is that I get internet connection as work is stuck and my daughter needs to receive her school work" it's exam time". I missed on an important deadline and my daughter missed on her classes. No matter how much one tries to explain Supersonic just doesn't take me serious.
