What is going on with my service. Up to Sunday morning it was great, suddenly from Sunday night its *******. I was told the tower is down yet I have received no feedback or progress reports. I demand this be fixed or I am going somewhere else. Shocking customer service. I am giving you R1000PM and this is how you treat me. Disgusting.
