SuperSonic Fibre = Super useless

The service is absolutely shocking from this company. I was asked to make an upfront payment for the for the fibre package i wanted and i paid R400 on the 2nd of May. To this day i have not been contacted and all the consultants i speak to on whatsapp keep asking for a proof of payment i have sent numerous times!Furthermore they are now completely ignoring my texts and they contact line is even worse, cause you cant get through to an agent! I guess its all the frustrated customers wanting refunds from this pathetic company. All i want now is a refund and i will find a company actually willing to do what they advertised cause this is absurd to say the least. Not even the decency of a call to make me aware how far my order is, yeses!
