Supersonic Fibre LTE service is unreliable!
Their LTE sim router service is unreliable! Struggling again with slow internet. If I talk slow - UPLOAD SPEED WITH SUPERSONIC = 0.55 MBps! This happened on 6 August, now again on 14 August. And what is a joke, is that you can't Whatsapp them anymore, they expect you to use your phone call minutes to call them. And what if it is late at night, must I wake my ***ing family because I have talk to them for 20min???
I would not recommend them. Have been having problems with this service off and on since joining about 3-4 months ago.

14 Oct 2020, 20:40I have cancelled my service early, and they owe me R4-500 which the agent Ryan Roets promised via email will be paid asap. I in almost week and half have not received my credit.
