Supersonic fibre is SUPER useless

I got a router delivered to me 09 September 2020. It is now 13 October I have tweeted. I have gone in-store and I have called the CC. They have been so dismal I even heard the CC agent say she has no choice but to lie to me about me activation. I am escalated to the PM team every day but nothing comes from it.
