Supersonic Fibre is pathethic

I couldn't rate a zero star of negative stars unfortunately, I have never experienced as bad service as I did from Supersonic Fibre, firstly their service is abysmal, actually trying to find suitable words to describe words but its beyond my current vocabulary, after being a customer for more than 2 years and tolerating their pathetic service, I decided to move to another ISP which offers better pricing and faster speeds, they are now trying to milk extra money from me by charging me cancellation fees because I moved addresses, they using all sort of cheap ******** to syphon money and holding me hostage saying that they will not release my line until I pay this amount, as a matter of principle I will not pay this amount and as customer. I am not surprised that they would resort to ******* like behaviour to get more money from me before allowing me to move away from their appalling service. Stay away from Supersonic fibre!!
