SUPERSONIC FIBRE IS A NO-GO! STAY AWAY!

I am EXTREMELY disappointing with Supersonic Fiber. I app**** for their service end of August 2020. They phoned me and arranged line installation within days and the router delivered within 3 days which was amazing, but then came the process of activating my line.

I phoned them every day of the week after my line was installed and router was working. Surely the installation of a fibre line is MUCH more effort and time consuming than physically activating a line, however to Supersonic this is rocket science. I' ve been sitting with a router flashing green lights for days and no activation. Every time I phone they have a different excuse and promise me that I'll have internet by the end of the day, but guess what....no internet. I am at the point of canceling my account because of this bad service. Please don't go with Supersonic.
