Supersonic FIBRE FAILURE Not Supersonic fibre at all. Shame!

Had the exasperating experience of dealing with a company whom have no customer reality check at all. It took 3 hours to find out that they do not have "any" NOTE: "NOT ANY" smtp gateway capability for any user using or needing an |smtp| gateway to load a client e.g. Outlook etc. Their technical department are as close to Eskom's help desk in helpfulness in a load shedding phase. Each time in attempting to extract the truth you are put on hold and it seems the hierarchy engineering staff are all scrambling through technical manuals. What an absolute sham they are. To capture a client and then tell them sorry your Outlook will not work and your Gmail will not work in Outlook is a sad sorry excuse for any ISP.

I would never recommend them to a single user in 50 years.
