Supersonic fibre

I'm not happy at all on how my query is being handled I payed this stupid thing on the 30th of August and I was told that it's gonna take 24/48hrs for it to connect. Sad part I waisted my airtime calling them for assistance from the 30th until today still not connecting it show how they don't take their customers serious on top of that a whole week past by without me using my wifi and it's not like they will add another week I'm so not happy Shem and the consultants they will always tell you that they call you back but they don't total b********
