Supersonic Fibre by Mtn holding my line hostage

I have bought new property. The previous owners cancelled before they Moved. I M now trying to have fibre connected at the property with a different service provider and for 2 weeks been struggling to get supersonic mtn to release the object back to Vumatel to reuse. They keep telling me 24 hours but it’s been over a week since they confirmed it will be done. I dont want to use supersonic but they holding the line hostage!!!!!!
