Supersonic fibre absolute useless service

The most unprofessional company to deal with, since the initial request to have fibre installed up to now has been 10 weeks, the fibre has been installed after 8weeks, for almost 3 weeks now the fibre has still not been activated. The call centre is absolutely useless, no way to get in contact with senior management and absolutely NOTHING gets resolved.

I will definitely never recommend supersonic fibre to anyone.

Unfortunately they have the sole license to provide fibre in the estate that i live, hence their convenient attitude to not solving your issues, or provide feedback!
