Supersonic Fibre a pathetic service provider

Supersonic Fibre offers pathetic services. I have app**** for a Fibre installation on the 06 October 2021. To-date no installation, I have made several calls to their call center, nothing has been happening they just keep on promising that a call has been lodged and a technician is coming on the day to install. I am starting to wonder that after installation that is if it happens I will be subjected to this pathetic service. I wish there was an alternative service provider.
