Supersonic fibre

Supersonic is unable to release my line even though my last notice day was the 31st. If you phone the customer service then you are in a queue for about 40mins and then when someone helps you they put you on hold for another 20min and dont come back to you.

The service that i recieved from them is very poor!!!
