Supersonic fiber

We app**** on the 16 April 2021for fiber. They contact us to confirm date and time. We confirmed for 23 April 2021 at 08:30. First team did done the line and went. The second team never done the activation and the rooter. It now the 12 May 2021 and still waiting for them. I try to cancel the fiber in order to get an others nework fiber. And still not heard from them. I do not recommend them at all.
