Supersonic

Hi there,

The service at supersonic is appalling, not only do you wait for ages to get through to their sales agents but even when you do you get a hold of them, they aren't much help. I have ordered my fibre line a few days ago and no one has called me to get an update nor have they contacted me to arrange an appointment. I am disappointed in their service to be honest and will not be using them in future.
