Supersonic Extremely Poor Services

Supersonic service is extremely poor from the after-hours WhatsApp line to the Fibre line. I have 10/10 with Supersonic which one would expect to get good coverage. Supersonic WhatsApp line has given me the LAN testing link which results were shocking. Ping is over 500 the Download is 0.05 and Upload is 0.03 how is this possible as I'm paying for service that they cannot provide. I've called Supersonic offices and the Technical department is forever busy, emails also come back our Technical Department will contact you. I seriously need to change my service provider as Supersonic does not appreciate my business. Regards Ashlen Govindsamy
