supersonic dont know what they doing should never use them

im a new client with supersonic havent even been able to use wifi for a week before it switched of phoned the same night then got told its a server issue they busy fixing it should be next morning same thing the next day and the next and still same issue no one can fix it or they dont know what they doing never had such a useless service provider for fibre i phoned more than R250 out just to know they dont know what they doing

and guess what still have the issue 4 days later
