Supersonic doesn't want to cancel my subscription for a line that hasn't been active for months

So what they are doing, the moment you post a fitting review they quickly send you an AUTOMATED message and then BOOM....silence....no one bothers to call, ITS ALL FOR SHOW......Hello Peter- can you look at a zero star rating- they are not even worth 1 star..... is it even legal to not cancel a customers subscription for NO VALID REASON? And howcome no 1 knows that's going on? Ever ?
