Supersonic definitely not SUPER

Just giving a star in order to write my review. They not worth even half a star. Pathetic! I spent over R500 in airtime and still my frustration continue. I'm renting a property where supersonic must release the lubes from a previous tenant in this property. They cancelled with supersonic in June already. Supersonic still has not released the line for my service provider to connect our fibre. I even asked previous tenant (supersonic client) to email them again requesting to release the line. 3 days after the email was sent and they still dont release the line. Why? I will never recommend such pathetic service to anyone.
