Supersonic could care less once you're signed up

To get issues resolved is a nightmare, agents dont seem to know what they are doing and you get transferred from one agent to the next, wasting hundreds of rands in airtime. Ive upgraded my very slow line months ago, still waiting (while paying) for them to get the speed up. Theres always excuses, case number after the other. Ive tried everything to get any sort of service, but today i decided to stop trying. Guys you best use another ISP, because here you will regret everything
