SUPERSONIC

Not supersonic ****ing me off. You can never get hold of these people,when you they'll send you from pillar to post just for an upgrade. I must working from home soon which requires a speed of 20mbps download and upload but I can't seem to get in touch with them which when I do I'm told I'll be transferred to the right department. I am panicking to the thought of possibly losing my job. Whoever these people are have no regard for their clients and they give zero f*cks about delivering good service. I've sent numerous emails ,no reply till this day.I don't know how some companies survive .Supersonic is just crazy ,the WhatsApp line never works....gosh....why must we be pushed to platforms like hello hellopeter and the ombudsman.? If I lose my job they better be ready for me
