Supersonic bad service

I have never come across such unprofessional call centre agents like Super Sonic. Atleast if you service is bad, help should be at door step. There is no help whatsoever! I contacted the call center to agents who seemingly don't know what they are doing. First was (Lizzy) who just put me on hold and promised to call back I'm still waiting, with this bad service my company is taking setback too as we will be rated for poor service as I'm not available for meetings, the router keeps losing signal and no one knows why when I ask them, I decided to go with uncapped wifi cause I need this for work purposes and now this? My day has be wasted for nothing. If this continue I bet Supersonic will lose more clients, this is really bad. I'm disappointed.
