Supersonic bad service and speeds

I've been having issues with internet speeds since the 24th of April, have reported it multiple times that my signal is bad and that my download and upload speeds gets so bad that I can barely do any speed test. I've only had one update where they said that there was a faulty circuit and that was about a week ago with no other updates except where they that they said they were also waiting for an update from the technical team and I had to ask what's going on. I'm heavily dependent on a good signal for my work and Supersonic isn't fixing the issue at all and not giving me updates unless I ask for one
