Supersonic bad service!!!

I have been trying to get my fibre revonnected for more than 2 weeks without any luck. Somehow between the switch over from nepic to supersonic (to which i had no say) my bank acc details fell off the radar. Supersonic fails to deduct money for months and months and then realises that i had not been billed, switches off my fibre. Numerous emails and phone calls - no response. I can prove that there was money in my bank account for all those months that they did not deduct the money. I can scream because they dont answer emails and they have now blocked my line so I cannot even move over to another servuce provider. Don't ever sign up with them. I was very happy with Nepic. What a pity.
