SUPERSONIC - BAD SERVICE

I am a new client and from the onset have had the most terrible service ever. My fibre line is not running on a constant speed, kicking me from the internet continously, my upload speed is more than my download speed. When contacting supersonic you hold on for 40 minutes where the technicians try to resolve the problem but it never gets resolved. Promises of phoning you back also never materialize. When you request to complain about their service you are advised that they do not have a complaints department. It has been 7 days since I lodgged a call and my problem is still not resolved this after I have been told that it takes 24-48 hours to resolve.
