Supersonic are ******

After our local ISP was bought out by Supersonic, we cancelled our subscription and paid the cancellation fees. This was four months ago.

Today we got an SMS stating that a debit order for the fees outstanding will be processed. After trying to get hold of Supersonic and always tenth in the queue (Very suspicious), I had to hold on and finally spoke to someone that told me i had to wait for the debit order to go off before I can do anything and that I had to take it up with my bank. So I had to contact my bank to stop the money that Supersonic is *****ING from me.

This is unacceptable and I'm sure this is *******.
