SUPERSONIC AND ITS *********** STAFF!!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!

I again tried to make contact on Twitter with ZERO luck!! My account has still not been sorted out. I was double billed and usage AFTER I moved from the apartment. The day I moved into my current apartment I took my ONT and router and my line was connected here on the 26th June 2021. It is nort my fault the technical department did not decommission the line at the old apartment. I didnt live there and offered to get a letter from my previous rental agent to the effect. YET ZERO resolution after nearly a year! Supersonic staff are to LAZY to trace when my line was connected in my current residence! They are *********** and can only make empty promises like Zante and the male person that called me a month ago!!! STAY AWAY FROM SUPERSONIC!! THEY WILL ***** YOUR MONEY AND CAUSE AGGRIVATION IN YOUR LIFE WITH THEIR LEVEL OF INCOMPETENCE
