Supersonic activation disappointment

Hello Peter I need help. On the 4th of this month I bought a voucher from supersonic via a link that they send me to pay for the voucher. I was told that it takes 48 to 72 to activate the voucher. As I write this my voucher is not activated.

When I call, they tell me that my case has been escalated and project team will call me when it has been activated. I even asked that a manager or supervisor to call me so I could get help, no is calling or helping me.

My kids do online home schooling and now I have to buy extra data just for them to be in class. Their unlimited deal made good and the network is not bad at all.

I need help to get to activate my voucher, weekly data is expensive.
