Supersonic: Absolutely Appalling

Have been waiting since December 2020 to get fiber installed. They provided me with a temp router and then decided to suspend my account without any notice. I have notified them on numerous occasions to arrange for the line installation without success.

Since last week Wednesday I have been trying to get the LTE signal reactivated, but every day I am receiving feedback range from 24 to 48 hours waiting period, to it will be active in 15 minutes.

Cannot speak to any manager and call centre agents doesn't seem to care.....

If you really like to wait on the line, keep on dialing call centres without any success, then this is the way to go....

Absolutely pathetic....
