Supersonic: A service from Hell

Im at my wits end dealing with Supersonic. They double debited me and just won't pay me my money back. Keep being sent from pillar to post and no one is able to help, keep getting promised that my refund is being handled and yet the accounts department has not created the necessary filling to process my transaction. Center agents extremely *********** and poorly trained and don't care the fact that every call leaves you holding at least 35 minutes. Ive cancelled my subscription over a month ago yet I'm still receiving invoices and being told that no cancellation is reflecting. Is it even possible for a business to be run this bad??? These guys are ********. Using Supersonic is hands down the worst ever decision I have made in using a service. Let's all spread the word and show this joke of a business for what it really is.
