SUPERSONIC A JOKE!

I have never experienced such pathetic lack of service! They are already in breach of 2 service level agreements with regads to turn around times and I am currently in the 3rd hour of their 4/8 hours response SLA. Will they comply this time around remains to be seen but ja unfortunately they do not know the meaning of service level agreements as they only use it as an excuse to suite their incompetence.

My advise rather go elsewhere for your fibre needs..... where you get what you pay for.....unfortunately not with this useless bunch!!
