Supersonic

I am the owner of a new house. the previous owner has cancelled the fiber line October 2020 - but Supersonic did not cancel the line from their side. Since January, I have sign up for fiber with Afrihost, we are trying to get supersonic to cancel the line, from their side but without any luck. Afrihost cannot connect me to fiber before Supersonic cancel the line. The previous owner has emailed numerous times to cancel the line but still nothing. So to get rid of supersonic is a mission, and I need fiber to work from home.
