Supersonic

Supersonic has been our wifi network provider for over 2 years now. We moved almost a month ago and have been trying to get our line moved from the old premises to the new one. It literally just had to be reconnected to the new house. We have been trying to get this sorted for 3 weeks with no luck at all.

The call center, customer support and technical team is absolutely useless to say the least. When you call you hold for hours (no joke) and when you finally get through, they are no help at all! We have been told that they are escalating it, they will get a manger to contact us ,they have opened case after case and still our wifi has not been connected.

On Friday afternoon we were on the phone after requesting a call back for close to 2 hours and then our line got cut once again.

I am extremely disgusted with the service of Supersonic and their 'super techies' as they call themselves.

Needless to say that I will be cancelling my contract with them and find another service provider that actually cares about customer satisfaction.
