Supersonic

I am totally disgusted in this service and product. I wanted longer then the 14 days advertised had to reapply after the whatsapp services you offer does not work. Which means I have been waiting since the 9 July for this service and I have to constantly call and then I am told that someone will call me back. I have not to date received a call from nobody from Supersonic. Not one person can explain what exactly the delay is. I have been told again this morning there will be another delay when I called to enquire I was told it will take another 5 to 7 days but nobody knows why?????
