Superservefibre and Open view

We have signed the contract 2 weeks ago and are still waiting for open serve to attend to us. Phoning superservefibre is a waste of time and money...holding on for more than an hour with 9 in the queue and then they dropped the phone. They keep on making promises. The installation has been done. We are just waiting for a fibre box.
