Absolutely ROTTEN customer service. After a year of constantly requesting & fighting for a bill, I finally received the most ridiculous bill ever. Attempts to resolve this were further met by a rude, insulting consultant. Despite reporting this directly to his manager, with the promise of feedback, NOTHING (as usual) has come from this interaction.

During Lockdown, NO ONE takes my call . . . . .
