Super sonic disappointing service

Been requesting an invoice for work purposes for weeks now. Every time I speak to a consultant I get different information but still no invoice. Asked to speak to a manager but the manager would t take my call. Very angry, frustrated and disappointed. Chose this service for work but now I can't even get an invoice. Gna rethink this service
