Super Bad service from Supersonic

I have requested to relocate my service on their whatsapp line since 31 Mei 2020 to relocate 26 June 2020. I have requested this numerous times, on numerous platforms. Now they want to call me after 14 working days to schedule the relocation. That is after the date it should have been done already. This is very poor customer service
