Supasonic

Ive just joined supersonic and was excited. I got disconnected this morning and I've called them for assistance from 6am they told me they will send me the link to pay. However no assistance I then called in and Spoke to Sbongile who told me that she will send me the link by 12 midday I then called when I did not received the link and called again to spoke to her again she then drop the line on me I called in again and spoke to Octavia who then told me I need to speak to Vumatel I called them for assistance they told me that my service provider should help me. I called back to them no assistance was provided to me till know. I'm not happy with the service I'm working from home and should be connected at all time but today I'm an able to work and I'm really disappointed at the service.
